It's a group of Samoyed owners members of C.I.R.N. (Italian Northern Breed Club); This group works to develop the breed and the management of meetings and special shows which C.I.R.N. organizes like sole recognized club for northern breeds from E.N.C.I. (Italian Dog Breeds Board).
